The traditional single-wall pipeline only quenching for 1.5-2mm of the inner wall in the wear-resistant quenching process.The pipe shows a state of decreasing hardness from inside to outside.The life loss of the pipe is accelerated when the wear-resistant layer is used up.So the lifetime of traditional single-wall pipeline is usually 25000 m3 or so.
The classic pump pipe? is whole thickness wear-resisting treated and the hardness of the whole thickness reaches the hardness of the inner wall of the traditional tube.Technology advantage determines the classic pump pipe? of characters such as high abrasion resistance, long service life,uniform abrasion rate in whole lifetime.
Therefore,compared to traditional single wall pipe, the classic pump pipe? has double lifetime and reach to 50000 m3.Compared with the traditional twin-wall pipe, classic pump pipe? has more advanced processing technology and stable quality.
